Return Policy: If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility: All items are eligible for return*, provided they are in their original box, clearly untouched, unused, and in their initial state. Used products cannot be returned or refunded. If your product is ineligible for return, we will send it back to you, with shipping fees at your expense.
Steps to Return a Product:
- Email our customer care team with your return request.
- Include your order number and the items you wish to return.
- Within 24 hours, our customer care team will provide detailed instructions on how to return your product.
- Upon confirmation from our Customer Care Team, ship back your product in its original box, clearly untouched and unused, with all packaging intact. Used products cannot be returned.
- Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email that your return is being processed.
Please note: FAUVE does not offer tracking services or labels for exchanges & returns and is not responsible for lost packages. Customers may choose alternative shipping methods with tracking or insurance at their own expense.
Refund & Store Credits:
- Customers will receive a 100% refund of the returned items' value.
- A $3 restocking fee per product returned will be deducted from the final refunded amount.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- All refunds will be processed as store credits, which have no cash value and never expire.
